“My husband and I were about to tackle a major kitchen remodeling project. Our kitchen, now 30 years old, had dark oak cabinets and blue Formica countertops. We planned to remove a wall between the kitchen and dining room and change the cabinets to cherry. What a novel idea! We thought this would make our kitchen bright and cheery.

We had Donna come over and she listened patiently to us while we excitedly discussed what we thought would work. After hearing everything we had to say, Donna said, “You realize your kitchen will be beautiful but still dark.” She recommended that we look at cream-colored cabinets. We were horrified, as we are natural wood lovers. Donna assured us that the cream-colored cabinets would help us achieve the kitchen of our dreams. A kitchen that was classic, bright, inviting, and the heartbeat of our home.
Donna guided us as we discussed layouts, measured, and talked about wall & trim paint colors that coordinated with the cream cabinets. We tested backsplash tiles and countertops. She designed the tile decoration behind our stove. The end result…incredible!
